The Rhythm and Recess Cookout

Yesssss Y'alllllll!!!

This event was bangin!
Ribs were being slow cooked outside on the Barbie and the brews were in effect!

Gumz, Choyce, Maom, Homeboy Sandman and yours truly Tah Phrum Duh Bush Rocked the spot at Vox Pop once again for a crowd of hungry Hip Hop fans.

We had the new freestyle song traditional that started at the Flatbush Remixes Release Party at the end of my set where the crowd throws out a few words, we create a hook from it and the emcees in the spot come up and rhyme about it. It was fire!!

If you haven't been to one of my shows... you're missing out!!!
Peep the flix!

Why G’s Release Party at Bowery Poetry Club

Why G had the Ill release party for his dope assed mix tape “The Beginning of the End” which is more like an album to me than a mixtape. This kid is a big part of the future of this Hip Hop stuff. He had Homeboy Sandman, Israel, Poison Pen, Young Zee andours truly open up the stage for him. Fantastic show!

Make Music NY: "Hip Hop not Hip Slop"

DAAAAAMMMIIITTTTTT!!!

We had it all set up. I brought out the illest sound system to the Long Island University Campus (Downtown Brooklyn). What a beautiful day! Not a cloud in the sky. We had the sound bumpin’ hard! Demostina had the canvas on fire with the live painting. People came out to see a show and Mother Nature wasn’t trying to hear about it. We had Super King Armor come out and rock it first setting the stage for Five Five who came on some “smack the Sh*t outcha” and really made people smile and the ladies swoon. Homeboy Sandman who implanted dreams into the minds of the onlookers, tore the stage to pieces. Then the Sky Opened up and dropped rain and electricity. I guess Mama Natural was trying to say that her sound system was louder. We had to break down all the equipment and pack it in the van. As soon as we finished putting the stuff away the sun came back out. That was some frustrating shyt. We didn’t finish half of the show.

We had the illest freestyle cypher when the sun came back out. We took it back to where it all started!

Big ups to Why G, Coole High, Miss Angelina , Rabbi Darkside, Hired Gun, Hyphen One and Tah Phrum Duh Bush (hey wait… that’s me!) for coming out and being ready to perform. What a line up!

Peep the pics… Don’t worry. There’s more to come! Rain won’t keep us back for long
