Tah's Official Jump Drive/CDR Party!

What’s a jump Drive and CDR party? I’m glad you asked… For some reason most of you don’t have my “Untitled EP”. OK… So I never officially released it. So what? It pre-dates “Sunshine or Pure Shade” but there are some live show crowd favorites on it like “Toilet Paper” and “Middle Finger”. I’m sold copies of my “Untitled EP” and the Flatbush Remixes for $2. That’s over 90 minutes of fantastic music for only 2 bucks. All you had to do was come with a jump drive (also known as a USB flash drive) or a blank CDR.

Ja Tun Killed it for me and Razhel's son come all the way from Philly to rock a set but only got to do one song off of Ja-Tun's set as a result of foul play.

The show was dope. A bunch of people came out to support and walked off happy. 169 Bar is a cool spot but the show promoter was kinda dirty so I actually walked out with less money than I went in with which is worse than performing for free. Job hazard I guess...
Big ups to my man Menyu for holding his composure in the face of underhanded promoters who did him dirty.

I still had a blast and the show was soooo much fun.

Big ups to Coole High, DJ Kevlar, Rabbi Darkside and Rhyson Hall for coming through on the celebrity support.

Tah Phrum Duh Bush, Emcee, Musician and now HOST...

Yep U heard it. I was hired to host the MARCH MADNESS: Global Hip Hop Extravaganza and "Beat Apetit" US Release Party.
Featuring: KENNY MOHAMMAD the Human Orchestra
3rd Party (Farbeon, Hired Gun, Rabbi Darkside)
Subphonik (Baba Israel, Core Rhythm, Yako 440)
Czech Beatbox All Stars feat Jaro Cossiga, Nasty, Dowis, Carly, Kouzhell
Mindspray
Beatrhymers
Hobbit (UK)
Mauf (Austria)
ESQUIRE (2007 Gong Battle Champ/2007 US DMC Finalist)

This was crazy. It was an honor to rock the host roll. I guess the word has been getting out. Not only am I doing my thing as an emcee in the rapping format but as the true embodiment of an MC aka Master of Ceremonies. (Little class for all of those who don't know, thaqt is what MC is short for).
The crowd was so receptive. I did Mic 101 with Hyphen one on the Beat Box. The whole crowd was singing along. The place was packed. I didn't know that so many people actually knew the song. I guess you never know until you know huh?

For $10 I think this was one of the greatest bargains for a concert I've ever seen. What a show!!!

Stay tuned.

Big ups to Rabbi Darkside for putting it all together!

The Freaks Come out at Night March 7th!!!

This was a crazy show man.

It rained and rained and rained and rained and rained and then we had the show. The crowd was kinda thin but the energy was high.

I ntroduced the crowd to a new song...
"Semi Reserved Closet maniac".

U should have been there if you weren't.

If you were there... Wasn't it some wild shit when I pulled my pants down on stage?
HAHA!!!

No, no it wasn't disrespectful, it works with the song. Come out to my shows and you'll understand what I'm talking about.

Hit me!

Tah's Staten Island Debut at Martini Red

Yes Y'all Staten Island... At last!

The only borough I hadn't hit in NYC to do a concert.

I am finally "all city!"

Martini Red was dope! Shaolin (as they call Staten Island) gave me a very warm reception.

Lots of cool people and some dope back and forth freestyle between me and Homeboy Sandman assured us some new fans and family. Big ups to all the dope performers I saw that night.

Thanks for booking me Psyclonus!

Tah is now recording his new EP: "Luminous Dark Alleys: The Insomniac Works"

You've been waiting for some new tunes haven't you? I've been sleepessly (literally) working to bring you fantastic shows and events. Now it's time for some new material. I've been writing a new EP series called "Chasms in the Sky". The dichotomy of existence continues to plague the mind state of this tormented artist and I can't see any resolve in the near future. The first installment "Luminous Dark Alleys: The Insomniac Works" is based upon his sleeplessly inspired thoughts from my world of dark illuminations. Prepare for a trippy experience as you travel into the mind of an insomniac with titles like "Semi Reserved Closet Maniac", "Sleepy and Hollow", "Slumber Free Nocturnal Emission Admission" and "Butterfly Vertigo".

Ride with me OK?

Any Questions? I'd love to answer em for ya!

Peace,
Tah
